Quietly Kept Get in touch

Systems that fit the way you think.

Private, shame-free organizing and coaching for ADHD and neurodivergent adults and families, whose homes haven't caught up with their lives.

In home on Boston's North Shore, and virtually anywhere.

Get in touch

You run a lot of things well. Your home just isn't one of them yet.

  • The piles have piles, and every room has a “deal with it later” spot.
  • You know you own it, so you buy it again.
  • Starting is the hardest part, because you can see everything that needs doing.
  • You've had help before. It looked great, and then it slid back.

None of this is a character flaw. It's a mismatch between how your brain works and how your home is set up, and that part is fixable.

How I work

No judgment, ever

Whatever your home looks like, it says nothing about who you are. You don't need to tidy before I arrive.

Built for your brain

Visible storage, fewer steps, and homes for things that make sense to you, so systems hold up on a low-energy day.

At your pace

We work in focused stretches and stop before overwhelm, not after.

Private and discreet

Your home and your story stay confidential.

Ways to work together

Most people start with a conversation. From there, we'll figure out what kind of support actually fits.

Discovery sessionIn home or virtual

We talk through what feels hardest right now and how you think and work, and land on a realistic first step.

The resetHands-on, in your home

We declutter together and build a system with you, not for you, whether that's a kitchen, an office, paper, closets, or kids' spaces.

Ongoing supportMonthly

Regular sessions, virtual body doubling for the tasks you keep putting off, and check-ins in between, so progress doesn't depend on willpower.

Hi, I'm Julie.

I've spent my career designing systems that have to hold up in real life, for busy people who don't have time to think about them. At home, that means organizing around how your brain actually works, not how a magazine says it should.

I live in Beverly and am currently training with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, which focuses on ADHD and chronic disorganization.

No prep, no tidying first. Just reach out.
